Dr. Kurt Linford was born and raised in Rexburg, Idaho. He graduated from BYU- Idaho with his degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. Dr. Linford graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2011 and received the prestigious Deans award for his Clinical excellence and achievement in Operative Dentistry.

 

After graduation, Dr. Linford worked for the Indian Health service in Dulce, NM for 5 years. During this time he was able to perfect his dental skills in all aspects of dentistry; especially in oral surgery, rootcanals, pediatric dentistry and prosthodontics.    He was mentored by many great dentists and specialists during this time and will always be grateful for the time he spent working with the Native American population.

 

Dr. Linford is very passionate about his profession. He loves the science and technology of dentistry and is always updating his office with the latest equipment. Dr. Linford continues to expand his education through participation in local study groups and attendance in seminars and clinics across the nation from some of the best in the field.

 

Dr. Linford previously worked in Jackson, Wyoming the last few years before purchasing Alpine Dental Care in 2019. He has loved running his own office and is extremely grateful to serve the Star Valley Area. 

 

Dr. Linford and his wife, Tiffany have three beautiful children, ages 8, 11, and 13, who keep them very busy and always having fun.

 

Along with having a passion for dentistry, Dr. Linford has a passion for the outdoors. When not in the office, you will find him riding his dirtbike, snowbike, boating or on the hiking with his family.
